A Case of Iatrogenic Scortal Necrosis Treated with Prepusal Skin of Pents

Abstract
|

|
We experienced a case of iatrogenic scrotal necrosis which was caused by injection_ of Quinine to perianal region for treatment of hemorrhoid at private herb clinic.
The patient was 31 year old male.
Scrotum revealed marked swelling with dark grayish dirty colored skin containing pus discharge at the time of admission.
Treatment consists of debridement of all necrotic tissue and full thickness skin graft from the prepusal skin of penis.
The postoperative course was uneventful and the patient was discharged on the 20 th postoperative day.
